Name suggestion

Thanks for great utility. I want to share an idea with you. npm-run-all2 was a nice name for package migration phase, when you wanted to express connection between this and initial utility. But today it sounds mid, beige flag I would say. So I want to propose another variant. My take is run-npm-run. I think it sounds and reads original and also has some interesting connections in culture (see Run, Forest,run). I hope it helps.

I know the name kind a sucks but I didn't realize I would be taking over for the upstream package when I started it. I probably wont rename just because it creates a lot of unnecessary churn in the ecosystem which already had to make the hop over here.
