some warnings when building

I am still building rpms for Mageia (maybe you know that)
This allows me to get a build log and verify that all goes well

I found some minor warnings that fortunately don't prevent to build from the last source (2.0.30.0)

I have extracted from the whole build log the significant lines (Some of the warning may be not serious at all and don't need any correction, but I am not able to distinguish which .cpp files really need some work )

Most of these warnings are just that, and do not affect the resulting build product.
As time permits, I will take a look at some of these. Thanks for the clear listing.
