Use Preset buttons are throwing a JS error.

So I just Downloaded and installed Pulse off Moodle's plugin page.  looks like it installed v1.3 2023051801.  when I click use preset its throwing a JS error registryConf.module.create not a function.   I tried clearing my cache from the site Administration.   how do I fix this error.   not a huge deal just would save me time creating the notifications.
