Implement SPI device support

SPI protocol has support for both NOR devices and even random normal devices. Just basic spi support is implemented right now. Would be nice to explore how to implement device support.

However, support for each device should be optional. This is because it is possible some spi devices (like flash) might be used by the board itself.
