Follow Beaker Browser’s dat.json when serving on HTTPS #38
Description
For many SPAs (and we do really have many SPA on dat network, and in current design it is preferred to do so), they need to serve all urls with index.html. Currently you can do this in dat.json, but dathttpd doesn’t follow this setting.
