Custom RPC not working

massa.bearby.io seems offline, and apparently there's no way to edit it.
Is there a way to effectively use a custom RPC? Adding it via Networks has never really worked, as it is never saved.

ahh it by default try also make request to 127.0.0.1, you can remove it and save only one node
