Windows installation broken 0.6.0~0.6.2

The release files starting from 0.6.0 are missing the powershell script and the msvc .zip file.

The powershell script on its own also doesn't work as it's missing the dodeca-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip file.

Right now the Windows dodeca build for me fails when building rapace, and rapace is being replaced/succeeded by roam (#193)

The first failure I get is due to ur-taking-me-with-you crate failing

it's been 4 hours since you posted this and it's all still accurate thankfully. I'm gonna set up a Windows dev environment to get roam working there :)

and I'm waiting for the dodeca rapace=>roam migration to land, to mark rapace as deprecated/have it point to roam.
