Creating postman collection to validate the BAP side custom rule in the retail layer2 config

Description

As part of the shift towards the layer2 configs, we added some example network specific rules in the retail specification layer2 config.
A postman collection needs to be created to validate that the added rules are working as expected. Postman APIs with positive and negative cases to be added in the collection.

Goals

• Create a postman collection targeting A BAP which has the retail layer2 config in it.
• Add APIs with positive and negative test cases.
• Test out the APIs.

Expected Outcome

The APIs should be working and the test cases should highlight the expected behaviour.
