Can items sub-attribute in Offer object optionally be a Item object?

Background: Under the order, there are a list of orderItems. Each orderItems contains offers, which point to array of items_ids names. But there is no place to provide item attributes. (source meter, ca number, utility for p2p).

Can Offer -> beckn:provider optionally be a Provider object and can Offer->beckn.Items be array of Item objects.
