Provider Metrics

I am trying to come up with metrics that would give an indicator of performance of a provider. some may be applicable to fulfillment providers too.

num_orders_received
num_items_ordered
num_orders_fulfilled
num_items_fulfilled
num_orders_shorted
num_items_shorted
num_orders_returned
num_items_returned
num_minutes_to_pack
num_minutes_to_pick_up
num_minutes_to_deliver
num_orders_picked_from_store
num_orders_delivered_to_customer_location

What other metrics could be useful to track provider performance.
