This works for my workflow

autocmd BufNew,BufEnter *.java,*.groovy,*.scala execute "call deoplete#enable() | !silent CocDisable"
autocmd BufLeave *.java,*.groovy,*.scala execute "call deoplete#disable() | !silent CocEnable"
