0.4.9 causes game to fail title server check on version 2.41

reverting back to 0.4.8 fixes the issue, log only shows the hook being successful, no warnings or errors.

Reverted to 0.4.8 while I investigate the issue.

Created a 0.4.10 release including only the timezone-fixing code, which shouldn't affect network requests in any meaningful way.

What version of the game were you running, and on what server (abbreviate to first 3 letters)? This was tested and working on 2.40 under Proton on MIS.

I'm running X-VERSE (v2.41) on ADX, Windows 11

If there are other useful log files (aside from saekawa's) I'd be happy to provide those, thank you!

Weirdly can't reproduce on ADX either. Might be Windows 11 specific behavior. The feature will be scrapped for now, which kinda sucks, because it's been one of the main pain points of Saekawa (that you can close the game while the import is still ongoing)
