How to get mbsync and ftintitle to play together nicely?

Hi!

I'd love to be able to update my library with mbsync, but when I run it it reverts all the changes made by ftintitle. Is there a way to avoid this?

Good question. I'm wondering if you have ftintitle on auto: yes. That way I would assume it would re-run after mbsync and reapply the desired changes.

I do have it on auto, and unfortunately it doesn't run. But also re-running it after the fact seems very inefficient, compared to not reverting ftintitle changes in the first place.

I know almost nothing about programming and python, but I'm assuming it wouldn't be unfeasible to merge the two plugins so that the ftintitle changes are made during the sync?
