So, I imported an album with all the tags blank- artist, album, etc... I selected to "use as-is" which it appears wasn't the best idea. In the file structure, I found the directory in the artists directory. It is named "(0000)". I think this is actually the album name (year and then a blank name since there was no album tag), and a directory with the artist name was not created since the artist tag was blank.
Artists (Artists Directory, not the individual artist directory- that is missing)
(0000) (Album directory starting with year, but blank album name)
file1.mp3
file2.mp3
...
I haven't been able to figure out the correct query in order to either update or delete this rogue album in the artists directory. Any ideas?
For the future, maybe the Use As-Is option could do a check for blank artist/album to avoid this situation. Or maybe I'm missing an obvious solution?
Thanks! Loving Beets so far! Finally getting the music under control and accessible!
