fetchart filename overwrite issue

I'm having a slight issue with fetchart. My album art is labeled albumart.jpg. Fetchart finds the new album art, but saves it as albumart1.jpg. not sure if there is a setting i am overlooking or possibly a permissions issue on the original albumart.jpg file.

Save artwork as albumart.jpg (instead of cover.jpg)
