Beets lastgenre plugin not getting tags for some songs

Hi all,
Beets is new to me but I think I've got it all configured right. But I'm having an issue. I setup the lastgenre plugin and it tagged some of my songs but left over 500 songs blank. Yet when I manually look up some of those songs on LastFM I can see they have tags.

So I'm wondering why the lastgenre plugin isn't pulling in those tags or if there is something I can do to fix it?
For reference this is my current config file :

And one example of a song and it's LastFM page that lastgenre isn't getting genre tags for is 10,000 Hours by Dan + Shay & Justin Bieber
