Considering using hie instead

As mentioned, hie is working well in (neo)vim now.

Hence, why not replace ghc-mod?

Haskell's ecosystem is a minefield of bitrot and I don't care to invest any more time thinking about it. If you want to submit a pull request I'll merge it, but otherwise no.
