1.0.6 not on pypi

Hey, I've been having a lot of fun with pyo!

I am using 1.0.5 still because the 1.0.6 wheel hasn't been published to pypi. There's no really huge features that I need according to the changelog, just wanted to let you know :)

Jumping in late here. According to #293 you have to type pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ pyo to install it. Olivier said that even numbered versions will be test versions and odd numbered versions will be stable versions. So, the next stable version will be 1.0.7 (if we ever get it).
