Created a project template that uses Yarn 2's PnPify, Next.js, StorybookJS and Typescript

This was really painful to get working, but so far I have set up:

• Next.js with Typescript
• Yarn 2 PnPify support
• twin.macro with emotion
• StorybookJS

I plan to use this both as a component library and a template. Actually, I am planning to also see if I can jam bit.dev into there but will do so later. Will write back if I actually get all of it to work. Might be a good foundation for anyone wanting to develop a primarily twin.macro based component library.
