Bump marked and newman in /azure

Removes [marked](https://github.com/markedjs/marked). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [newman](https://github.com/postmanlabs/newman). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `marked`

Updates `newman` from 5.1.0 to 5.3.2
