Not find "Manage on Xero Settings"

Hi benedwards44,
Thanks for your information, I think is very useful, but I got issue on SalesForce. I can´t find the Xero Settings on the Setup ->Develop -> Custom Settings or anywhere else.
I would like to know what is the reason than I can find this setting. Could I be for the version?
Or Does Salesforce no longer work with Xero?
Or Could be this option in another site of the Salesforce's Software?

Have you deployed the repo to your Salesforce environment.

Yes. Really I hadn't deployed the repo. But I'm afraid I can't deploy it to Salesforce enviroment.
I try to create a package, but I don't know what to add to this package.
Do I have to add the private key created in the step 1?
If this is true, I can't even find this pivate key in the list of the type components.

If I go to setup-> deploy, I don't find the private key created in the step 1.

Could you please specified the steps to deploy this package?

Click the "Deploy to Org" link in the Quick Setup

@benedwards44 , I am also stuck on what I believe is point 4 of your instructions (ie I can't find these settings inside of Xero). I'd really appreciate any guidance as this is causing huge problems now not having this connection working.

To clarify, we had this connection to Xero working completely fine and it just stopped one day recently so I am recreating a new app inside of a different xero user of the same organisation. So in relation to that we already have the package deployed in the SF org.

If there is any chance of clarifying this for me I'd really appreciate it, desperate to get this working.
