Multithreaded operation #1
Description
The server should be able to run multiple threads. The threads should possibly run in different "modes", like one in lircd mode, one in girs mode etc.
- For this, several classes which are now singleton classes should allow multiple instantiation.
- Probably, each thread should have their own version of the variables.
