[BUG] ckanext-hidegroups installed but not working #1

Describe the bug
I added installation of ckanext-hidegroups to the saiafarm docker but groups are still visible. I previously installed hidegroups by hand and it worked fine

Expected behaviour
That the extension works as supposed to.
