Vibe Scaffold Terms of Service

Effective date: 2025-01-01

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VibeCODE Spec Generator application (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the content you provide, including chat inputs and uploaded or pasted materials.
  • Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Accounts and Access

  • If authentication is enabled, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

AI-Generated Content

  • Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review and validate all outputs before relying on them.
  • You retain rights to your inputs and to the outputs you generate, subject to any rights held by third parties whose content you include.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or access data belonging to others.
  • Do not use the Service to send sensitive personal information unless you understand and accept the associated risks.

Third-Party Services

  • The Service uses third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI via Vercel AI SDK). Your prompts and contextual data may be transmitted to these providers to generate responses.

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.
