ADX -DI and +DI

It would be good having Directional Indicators for ADX or as separate indicators. I took a look at ADX.js and it looks like they are calculated there.

Hi @recidive, the Directional Movements (+DM and -DM) are already being calculated. Would it help you if these get returned together with the result?

Hi @bennycode, I want to simulate a strategy like this:

You can see when the green line crosses the red line and its above the black line indicates a breakout and the market is bullish. Not sure if it's DI or DM, need to "plot" an oscillator like this.

And yes, it would help having them returned with ADX as it will look like a more complete indicator like MACD. In some charts they call it just ADX and have the three indicators combined.

Hi @recidive, I took your feedback into consideration and implemented the return of -DI & +DI: 458466f

Please try trading-signals v1.70. The ADX indicator will now give you 3 values when calling getResult().

In v3.0.0 the -DI and +DI are members of the ADX instance: #315 (comment)
