[Triage] Docs markdown broken on /configure page

Description

On https://gunicorn.org/configure/ the markdown is broken (missing backticks) causing the rendering to be wrong.

For example:

• the "Validate configuration and exit:" sentence ends up appearing inside a code block, when it should be a normal sentence
• the "Print the fully resolved configuration:" sentence appears in a note block, when it seems that should be a normal sentence too?
