Make hydra optional dependency

The problem

At the moment, hydra-core is mandatory dependency but the package can also work without integration with hydra. Therefore, we should make the package not dependent on this functionality

Solution

Remove the hard dependencies on OmegaConf and hydra, and update the documentation accordinly
