Remove wrong examples from formats that could be sampled

When scanning, AI can sometimes miss context and grab
examples from an explicit "wrong" section and try to use them
thinking they are valid examples. Refactor wrong descriptions
into prose so they are less likely to be sampled as valid
TicketSQL.
