Minimize Blackbox selection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

It would be nice to remove the inactive/not installed elements from data to be included in blackbox. For example i see servo, but i do not have any servo, same for GPS, i have no GPS installed but is selectable in BB. Basically sync elements to hardware available.

Minimize list of blackbox data elements to be selected, to reflect only elements for which data can be achieved.

@Pancronos FYI firmware already skips logging for USE_SERVO, USE_WING, USE_MAG, USE_BARO, USE_RANGEFINDER but agree some filtering on build options would improve UX.

Thanks for the reply, as you can see in the BlackBox UI, main list in particular and also in sub-list elements, it can be reduced. It will be much easier to go thru a selection.
