buzzing when not connected to RC Controller #1037

Describe the bug
From 4.5.2 to 2025.12
the buzzer is now beeping like "rx lost" when there is no immediate RC link connection on power up.
I don't know if this got changed intentionally or if it is a bug but personally I find it quite annoying because it can start beeping before ELRS is connected/ when powered solely.
If it was intentionally I would appreciate to have the option to turn this off.

1.power on your craft without transmitter connected
2. change between firmware versions 4.5 to 2025.12
3. repeat 1.
