Post layout #427
Description
Currently the posts are roughly layed out with raw-text, in chronological order, left-justified and 80% width. One selected Post is hilited with a bold border.
Post layout is import to make it easy to read and understand the Dialogue.

Information to convey includes:
- the text content
- the author name & icon
- external links / content
- emoji
- reactions
- relation / reply to prior posts (threads)
There are a limited number of formatting tools available including:
- left / right justify
- border width
- bitmap
There are some open questions:
- how best indicate the author (emoji or png icon)?
- should the user posts be right justified?
- how to link replies - show threads?
- how to show reactions?
- other?
