Describe the bug
On mobile browser: profile Description Edit cannot set text colour
Colour selection is low the moment you go back to editing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. sign in
2. click on the hamburger top right
3. select user name -> My profile
4. select the Contact tab
5. Hit Edit
6. Go down to Description
7. Enter some text
8. Select the text
9. click on the paint Bucket
10. select one of the colours
11. tap into the description text area
12. result the colour selection is lost

Expected behavior
this issue does not happen on Chrome Desktop

Notes this may be hard to reproduce . It seems to work sometimes and sometimes not. It may be caused by the colour selector overlapping over the text that was selected for colour applying colour
