http://bettermtl.com redirects to http://bettermtl.github.io. I am not sure this is intentional. I think it would be cleaner to have bettermtl.com as the canonical source. Let me know if I can help with this.

Super simple to set up. Add in a CNAME file here, if we're staying with GitHub pages - I assume this is the case?

We would just need to make sure that bettermtl.com is configured correctly. See https://help.github.com/articles/setting-up-an-apex-domain-and-www-subdomain/

I just reverted #96. That way the site can continue to be accessible at http://bettermtl.github.io/ in the meantime 🙂
