Suggestion: robust multilingual supportΒ #310

This task is broken into two:

  • ensure that all tests run on a non-english environment; ocassionally Dorothy scans error messages and other output, assuming it is also in English, however unless LANG=C.UTF-8 is given as env to such commands, they could actually be in another language; this is the higher priority, as many may have their operating system in another languuage, but accept that English is the Lingua Franca and have enough comprehension to adapt in the terminal; this is something that should be implemented as we code and update our commands
  • ensure that all Dorothy outputs are translated into the desired language; this will be a major undertaking, and may be simplest for just using AI conversions when rendering messages, instead of accomodating such in the source messages; this is lower priority, as this would be more for accomodating users who do not speak English at all, and do have the skills or care to copy and paste the translations themselves; this will be a PR / Bounty only task, as it will be a signficant undertaking that requires partnership with such individuals

It's worth noting, OpenEuler is an extremely popular linux distro among the Chinese
