Cancelling downloads doesn't actually work #1087

All of these cancellation buttons pictured here don't actually cancel any downloading.
The download appears cancelled in interface but proceeds and completes as normal. This is because there wasn't a way to cancel VFS downloads at the time this interface was developed by ZK, so it was done through their loopback and protocol.
There was VFS.AbortDownload added in Spring 104, but it does not appear to work in our case, nor can I find any example uses of it. I think this is because we do downloads through a wrapper which doesn't assign a springDownloadID or have that same cancellation function that ZK infra did, and we would need to update our spring-launcher to fix that.
