Engine download in new format #1109
Description
Right now chobby still uses magic string replacements to figure out engine version to download and then again magic replacements to figure out target directory for engine.
It's broken at the moment for new engine versions.
If somebody wants to fix it, the fix is to use the new proper API as used by new lobby that can reliably fetch any version without doing magic replacements https://discord.com/channels/549281623154229250/724924957074915358/1334667833270992998
