Support for TimescaleDB extension

Hi,

We're working on several projects that require the TimescaleDB extension for PostgreSQL in order to handle large quantities of time series data. We're all using Herd for our local development environments, but since Herd and Herd Pro currently do not seem to support Timescale I'm sending a request for it. I can imagine many people would find timescaledb support helpful.
