[Feature Request] Automatic Queue Worker like horizon

It would be good if we could set up a queue worker with herd, so we can run queues without the need to open workers in the terminal.
Using Laravel Vapor, we don't have the horizon:start command, so we need to run queues manually. Herd would do it and run jobs in a queue set
