Open vscode in New window instead of Open folder

Is there a chance we can change opening vscode through New Window instead of Open Folder... when clicking IDE in the action dropdown

Problem: when you open another folder in vs-code and if you click IDE to open the project, it close the previous one and open the new, and I have to re-open again and again

Solution: if we can make it open through New window then the problem may solved.
