Herd windows: missing herd isolate-node

Is there any chance to add this to windows version. Pretty much an important feature to be able to use node version per-site.

Tried the command but is not found. nvm use (version) is applied to all sites (good as a default) but per a site specific requirement herd isolate-node would help a lot.
