Change php installation location

Is it possible to change the path where PHP is installed from "C:\Users\Anon.config\herd\bin" to e.g. "C:\Program Files\Herd"?

+1 on this - in various situations the default mac location causes issues due to the space in "Application Support" path. Would love to be able to configure/set a path, or at least have the default not include spaces. (I don't remember exactly at the moment but I'm pretty sure the issues were related to pecl - even when enclosing paths in quotes it would throw errors on the path)
