Additional extensions are not loading

I have tried to activate the ssh2 and xDebug extensions by following this docs.

But unfortunately none of this works.

I have also tried using extension_dir at php.ini, but it doesn't work.

extension_dir=/opt/homebrew/lib/php/pecl/20230831/

@mpociot Do you have any ideas?
