[Feature Request]: configurable nginx

Feature Description

nginx has lots of modules, herd can not prebuild them all. if user need, it would be better for herd to make nginx binary file configurable.

Is this feature valuable for other users as well and why?

I am quite sure, it is valuable for other users. because the default nginx can not include all the modules.

I suggest that if user place nginx binary file in ~/Library/Application Support/Herd/bin then herd use that file instead of /Applications/Herd.app/Contents/Resources/nginx-{arm64/x86}
