Exporting Configuration to immediately setup another Herd instance

Just thinking about this -

It would be great to be able to share my setup with other developers on my team. That way, they can import the configuration, and it will load up all the services, set up the databases, and any other things needed for our local development environment.

Just be a nice quick way to share your setup without having to remember each database that needs to be setup or each service.
