Wordpress Compatibility in Windows version (MySQL version and wp-cli)

MySQL Versions:

Unfortunately WordPress plugin ecosystem is very slow to keep up with newer PHP and MySQL versions, hence many shared webhosting companies still use deprecated PHP and MySQL versions (mainly 7.4.x and 5.7.x) so i think it would be nice to be able to also switch MySQL version to an older one like it can be done with php.

WP-CLI:

Although I think it would not make much sense to include wp-cli in Laravel Herd PRO, I think it would be useful to have mysql cli tools available (alongside php node and composer) so that one can install wp-cli and have all the tools needed for it to work.
