How to run vite (watch mode) when starting site from Herd?

I really like Herd for Windows :-).

I usually use scripts to start all the tools I need for a project, including one CLI running vite watch mode for HMR.

Is it possible to start the vite watch mode for a site just by opening the site from Herd?
