Access *.php file in public folder

Hi,

First of all, I'm not brilliant in this kinda thing. I'm wondering however:

I am very fond of adminer.php which is added to .gitignore but located in my public folder. It worked very well.

However, since we use Herd PRO, it doesn't.

What should I google to make it work again? I've tried so many things but am probably looking in all the wrong ways.
