Consider exporting more types

Using this lib is so easy, so thank you!

What do you think about exporting the StripType, Channel, ChannelOptions?
Also, as I'm using this lib for API micro-service, how about adding `addChannel` and `removeChannel` methods?

Happy to submit PRs, but lets gather some feedback first.
