ArgoCD is not exposed as LoadBalancer

Hi there,

Thank you for your blog post on Medium, it's been very useful.

I have 1 question, when i go and retrieve the latest release on Install.yaml from ArgoCDs release page, the argo-server is not setup as a LoadBalancer, however in your install.yaml it is listed as a LoadBalancer, did you modify this file, or is there another install.yaml i should be using from their release page?
