Not working correctly

Hello, 

Thanks for this great tool.
I want to use it for auto annotation and label tracking.
I am loading the image, selecting the bounding box, the image is shadowed, but not annotate.
Also label tracking does not work correctly in medical images.
Meaningless areas are annotated in subsequent images.
What do you recommend?
